COVID-19 Medical Mask Exemption Card

This medical mask exemption card is a sublimation print pressed onto a metal aluminum card. The item includes a protective plastic card case and a red lanyard with a metal clip as shown in the product image. The item ships assembled and can be worn upon delivery.

A state mandate is not a law. The verbiage of this mask exemption card is taken word for word from the NC state mandate, and reads as followed: 

PER MANDATE, I AM EXEMPT FROM WEARING A FACE MASK DUE TO A MEDICAL CONDITION, A BEHAVIORAL CONDITION, OR A DISABILITY. I AM NOT REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE MY CONDITION. ANYONE WHO DECLINES TO WEAR A FACE COVERING FOR THESE REASONS SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTATION OR ANY OTHER PROOF OF A CONDITION. DENYING ACCESS TO A BUSINESS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL. 

Every state has its own guidelines regarding the wearing of face coverings. Please educate yourself on your state mandate and laws before exercising your right to exemption.
